Update. I had a conference with sister-in-law and attorney. Got attorney energized some. Trying to get temporary orders with custody of all kids and back child support. Also, will bring up husband liquidating the business to judge. Husband seems to be caving in some. He doesn't have much money and his attorney has not been paid so far. See how it goes.
