Divorce Support Forums: Just found evidence wife is cheating, what next?

The reality is that I am one of the few persons on this forum who is, hopefully, able to completely seperate logic from self-serving emotion. Emotion and thoughtless reactions have their place in this world, among children and even adults, WHEN THE CONSEQUENCES ARE NOT POTENTIALLY DISASTROUS. When they can be, as in the case of administration of the vast, confused maze of divorce laws in this country, by "family" courts, it is time for everyone to grow up, reject ANYTHING that merely "sounds good", whether expressed as language designed to gain sympathy for a party, an argument in favor of any unproven assumptions, or even an attempt to apply clearly obsolete, outmoded and anachronistic "community property" law. Such alleged "logic" should be clearly and resolutely consigned, at last, to the ash-heap of history along with other clearly discredited thought such as Stalinism, Nazism, Black Slavery, justification for the Spanish Inquisition, ad infinitum, ad nauseum. So-called "equitable division" of so-called "marital assets" in a divorce is no different from all of the aforementioned demagoguery, but is only another attempt to replace reason and logic (in the form of recognition of proveable facts and real contracts) with good-sounding emotionally irresistable nonsense, designed to appeal to weak-minded, soft-headed fools and spoiled women who, like other spoiled children, simply want to have their cake and eat it too.

Like all women with the slightest modicum of intelligence, Gigi knows perfectly well that I am right and, if the truth could be known, actually agrees with virtually everything I have said in this forum. Like the fox in the story of the missing chickens, however, who behaved in a totally mystified manner as to what was meant when someone complained that he may not be the best choice for hen house guard, Gigi, like nearly all women, behaves as if she doesn't know what I am talking about in my protests here against community property and other anti-male law. She attenpts to be too sophisticated and shrewed in her argumemts against mine, too concerned for their ultimate just consequences, and too personally involved. Why is she trying to be too clever by half? Is she trying to protect her own ultimate claims against her husband, even at this early stage? Only time will tell, although no reader of this forum will ever be privy to such information!
