Thanks, JBAR. In that case I would, in parallel, go this route:
http://www.state.nj.us/lps/ca/complaint/ptcom.pdf
and file a Sexual Misconduct complaint(one of the selections) against him to the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General Division of Consumer Affairs State Board of Physical Therapy. They are the people that can revoke his license.
I will wait to do that until I have more concrete evidence. I have medical bill proof that she is getting treated there, so I can prove she is a patient. And it is not over between them... they are meeting again this morning for breakfast, a romp in the park in a car, and a therapy session again. I brought my camera to work, and may lay in wait at the park I think they go to and get some legitimate evidence, besides the DNA evidence I already have that can't prove anything without a lab analysis, and I don't think I have authority to get that done. I have to see if I can borrow a co-worker's car with tinted windows.
It is just eating me up inside (physically... I feel I'm getting an ulcer), and only got 3 hours sleep last night.
I don't know what I'm gonna do about the counseling.... we haven't scheduled an appt yet. I don't know how I can keep my mouth shut about what I know and sit there and take all the lies she will pile up on me (making me out to be the bad guy again). I guess I can meet with counsellor in private and tell them what I know (not how I know), in confidence, and maybe the counsellor can get her to admit it slyly....
