just a little background. stbx left me and moved in with ow. i filed for divorce, never wanted it though, but had to get the jump on him.that was in may of this year. after leaving me alone for the last 3 months, now he is getting nasty and threatening to sue for half of everything. i am losing my home to foreclosure. i already moved into a smaller place. he has threatened to sue me for everything else i have. he took everything out of the house that was worth anything. everything else was payments. now he wants the rest of it. he is saying he is going to sue me for using a pic i have of our wedding on a different site. i just want him to leave me alone. any advice would help. i feel like i am sinking into a hole.
