If you are present when she starts chopping your house up, call police. Tell them that she is a tenant who has been evicted, that you are waiting the proper amount of time before changing the locks on the doors, and in the meantime she's committing criminal damage by removing stuff she affixed to your house, ruining the house AND the stuff in the process.. not that you care about the STUFF, but when she cements it to the house & then wrecks the walls ot remove it, it's a crime.

That way, you may be able to get them to give her a good talking to about this behavior before the entire house is shredded.
