Divorce Support Forums: Kinda New Question

I am Male
I have been married for 28 years.
I have had my own business, and now am pretty much disabled now, due to spinal cord injury.
I have been providing for this family for the whole time.
My wife was to go back to work after the children went to school, she never did that.
so I ended up paying for health care.
She gave me a hand written note saying she doesnt wish to pay for health care, and I took her off the plan
She is having an affair.
My only income is from that apartment house.
The divorce proceedings have started, and now she is still not paying for any of the operating expenses, Heat, Electric, etc.
Oh and now she wants me to pay for health care for her again
she has a home business here doing daycare.

she can work, I cannot (medically verified)

My house is built on land given to me by my parents during the marriage, but given to me alone.
Both houses are in my name only always have been
never was a joint checking account, or joint anything financial.

so tell me how a 50 - 50 distrobution of property is even REMOTLY FAIR>?

Any help on this as far as tactics would be appreciated
