Unlike child support, spousal support is often very difficult (if not impossible) to modify after the divorce is final, so getting it right the first time is a must!

Could this PI be the same person whom the woman had paid to arrange for a "prostitute" to seduce her husband? If not, could the "disinterested party" be someone like a motel clerk who observed the behavior of this phony prostitute and her "mark", who's wife was paying for him to be set up for a big score in divorce court?
I thought this kind of vileness went out with the advent of no-fault divorce, and was one of the main arguments for it!
