Unlike child support, spousal support is often very difficult (if not impossible) to modify after the divorce is final, so getting it right the first time is a must!
Can anyone help? I've been married 27yrs to find out he is gay. Haven't worked in many yrs because he wanted me to stay home. Can I get ss in Texas? Does anyone know if the court system cares if he is gay or does that make any difference. I have proof that he is. He wants to stay married cause he doesn't want our kids to know.
