Divorce Support Forums: Advice

I had dated my husband for 2 years with several breakups. He would always come running back. I believe that my husband has Seasonal Affect Disorder since this happens every year at this time. We got married 6 months ago, everything was great. Then about 1 mo ago it all started, him getting mad about dumb little things and out of the blue he up and left last Sun. On Tues he came and took all of the stuff except his furniture. He has talked to a lawyer and wants an amicable divorce. He thinks I should just sign a piece of paper like a title to a car. I guess long story short. Does anyone know if he is still responsible for paying me (I own the house). Since he left, do I have to let him back in? Is he resonsible for half of the martial loans that we each have in our own name that are not joint? He won't talk either tells me to e-mail him! How do you have an amicable divorce when you cant talk? I have contacted an attorney but I am not a quitter. Lord knows I should take his furniture to his mommies. He told me he would get it once he found a place. I am angry! - He blindsided me big time. Good Wife in Wisconsin
