Recent court hearing-interesting

I just recently went to court to retrieve my visitation rights from my ex-spouse. I've missed three visitations with my daughters in the month of October.

My brother is my attorney, and we went to court with the primary goals being contempt of court for the mother and restored visitation.

My ex got up and talked and cross-examined me. Thinking she was tearing me to pieces with irrelevant questions about minor things, she made a fool of herself, instead.

Two weeks later the judge found her in contempt and sentenced her to 90 days in jail, but suspended it if she will agree to give me my visitation and behave accordingly.

My children have been brainwashed, as is usely the case when women are the custodian parents, and they went to the judge's quarters and talked with him.

We requested a guardian ad litem and mandatory counseling because the mother was diagnosed with Munchausen, and these kinds of mothers never cease their perverse behaviors which warp our poor children. However, the judge ignored those requests, thus showing his naivetee. However, I am pleased that we got her on contempt. My brother, an attorney for about 30 years, says she'll deny me visitation again, and we are preparing for the next time, which might be next week. Her favorite ploy now is to say that the children are teenagers and don't want to go, so they don't have to.

This isn't going to work and I hope we can send her to jail the next time.

Fathers, remember, don't play around with this treachery of our ex-wives: be Machiavellian and get an aggressive lawyer and get the wenches for contempt, sending them to jail, and then this might ultimately prepare the way for a change of custody to the father, the strongest parent. Go, fathers!
