has anyone attempted to do a pro se or pro per custody modification before? I would just like to go back and change the visitation schedules and times so they are more suitable than when we divorced in 1997.I would like more clarification on certain other issues in our papers. (financial, ect.) Its not really a battle for custody again, just a tune up. Would it be fairly simple? where could I go to find the information I need to start the process? I do realize the first step would be to approach the ex and if nothing comes of that, we go to a mediator. The ex would probably not give or bend on anything (as usual) since there is much history of this, so basically I would be looking at court. Any suggestions?
