Here's my situation, My wife and I agreed 1.5 yrs ago that we would live together as roommates while I supported us still with her in school. 3 months ago, I had had enough and decided it was time to leave, and with the help of a relative, I am able to live outside of that situation and still pay for everything. Now though, I have met someone and also do not feel I need to pay the ammount I am paying anymore. I literally pay $1300 a month for her for everything, including food and gas money. She is out of school at the moment, and will start back February, and refuses to get a job while our son is in school.
My main concern is what I would be required to pay by law after court. Does it seem like I would have to pay the same ammount? Less? MORE?! I am to the point of where, since we've only lived apart for 3 months, that I will just say ADULTERY just to get this over with.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
