There is ALWAYS two sides!!! My stbx told all our old neighbors that I was totally brainwashing our child and in court even tried to bring up "parental alienation" (of course, without doing the research on it!!) and when our attys were trying to negotiate p/u and drop/off, HE suggested the police station! I agreed because I know quite a few of the officers!!!
But in the end, the court gave me sole custody and HE lost all visitation!!!
Our child just did not want to be alone w/him and the courts finally saw thru his lies and stories because of HIS actions!
