I have been married only 4 months.In that time I have been physically and mentally abused.There is police report but have not yet gotten RO. My husband recieves disability checks from VA for pdst.He wanted me to quit my job and be a housewife so have no personal income as he controls all money and has not given me any access to checking accounts.No money even for lawyer. I have fulfilled my obligations am I now to be left homeless and broke until I can get a job?
