It is considered Post Secondary Education, and will be up to the discretion of the Judge.

But, as a previous college student myself, I can tell you to never let lack of funding stop your children from going to college!

There are Pell Grants, Stafford Subsidized and Unsubsidized Loans and plenty of Scholarships out there to look into. Yes even for Cosmetology school, I personally know someone who went to Cosmetology school on a Pell Grant.
