as soon as i found out (when i got home) he started with the threats toward me. if i would have reported it, i might not be here right now. i just handled the situation the best way i could. thanks for the help...my husband is now tryin to act rational about the hole divorce thing. he finaly realized its hard to take a child from its mother...we are trying to come up with a parenting agreement that we can both live with. and that would be best for the baby. hopefully he's not tryin to screw me over but if he does. i still have the upper hand in the whole thing...thanks
