Do I have the right to stay in my home???

So, my husband is filing for divorce and has already seen a lawyer. I am being told by him that he and I have to agree on a "move-out" date for me and that if I don't agree to move out before the divorce has been finalized, he can go to his lawyer and make me leave. Is any of this true? We're married, I thought I had every right to be here until everything was final. Once the paperwork has been file are we still married? Or are we considered divorced but not finalized? Arg, I'm so lost.
