Just an update...Ex is now well over $3000 behind. He not only is making less than half of his monthly support but the phone harrassment case I have on him, well that's been continued 2x already and today was court but guess what? The court didn't get him served so they have postponed it till they can! UGH! I am so fed up with all this BS!
Does the victim not have a RIGHT to a speedy trial?
