The child that will graduate at almost 20 was held back in Kindergarten. I cannot remember the other grade in which he was held back, but I do know it was her decision and not the schools. As far as the divorce decree, Arkansas is the state. This is what it says concerning support: It is agreed by the husband to pay $250 per child per month in child support until the children reach 18 years of age. In the event that the husband has the kids for a period exceeding 30 days, the wife agrees to waive the child support during such time. In the event that either child marries, enters the military, or otherwise no longer resides in the wife's ousehld, wife agrees to waive all child support for that child, during such time. And that is word for word.
