Hello all!!

My child support is due to end soon and I'm wondering if I will be dealing with a CS modification in the near future.

My daughters live with ex-sister in-law in NJ due to my ex-wife's last wishes before her death from breast cancer... I surrenderd to her will...Who was I to arguee with a dyeing mother...My two daughters are now happy & healthy with alot of family support... my oldest is now 20 and Guardian had not asked for post secondary support for her... my child support order amount is not per child so I continue to pay the same amount for my younger daughter who is now 17.

WA state has juristriction...daughters live in NJ

My child support order will ends when child turns 18.

Custodial parent reserves the right to petition before 18th birthday.

I'm union wage income without college degree.

I don't want the state of WA to be in my paycheek anymore
so I can be free to move from where Im living now....I want
to help daughter directly if asked.

Question?
can guardian get post secondary child support from me?
