I will be telling my wife that i want a divorce within the next week..it wont be a total blind side but it will hurt, we have been married almost 20 years, no kids, i am just not happy anymore and I want to stop pretending I am, we have a house and the normal bills, I have my vehicle in my name as well as all the other ones, 3 total plus a travel trailor, the trailor I can sell, the one vehicle that she can handle the payment on..the other she cant nor can I without help..so sell that one..I guess what I am asking is..can I just start selling the vehicles since her name is not on them and give her half of what the profit, if any, is.
