Then what? I pay even more money to go back to court? I have already spent more than I will get in CS in years. This is a joke...one parent always gets screwed while the other makes out like a bandit. This state's laws suck. I have lost my job of 16 years and my career because I could not move out of state. I pay for everything and he plays in the bar everynight. He refuses to pay for her needs everytime. I cannot spend my life in court making paralegals and lawyers rich while I can barely afford to eat. I cannot wait until she turns 18 so I never have to talk to him again.
