Grounds for divorce.

Hello. I am new to the forum. I have decided to file for divorce from my wife of 7 years. She has denied me any sexual contact in over a year and I lately found out she has been emailing and talking to a man in GA. I think she has had an affair but cannot prove it. My questions are: do i have grounds for a 'FAULT' divorce ? and also I do not want my son, we have together, to be taken far from me. Would even like custody but know that's hard for the man to get. Will she be able to take him out of state ?
