So here's the situation-This is my second (and last divorce). My current wife convinced me when I was going through a custody battle with the last ex to quit claim our house to her prior to us moving into the house, however we have now lived in that house for the last five (5) years and I no only write the mortgage check, but also pay about 90% of that bill and all the rest. She does not seem to have any issues working part time and spending more that she and I can make. I now have two jobs to still come up short each month. What is my responsibility on the mortgage if my name is not on the tile or the loan, but I write and pay the bill each month? Thank you in advance.
