Re-opening a divorce case

My husband's ex-wife is threatening to re-open their divorce case (it has been less than one year) claiming that she thinks my husband (her ex) and I started seeing each other prior to him moving out of their home and not after he had already moved out. Basically accusing him of having an affair, which is totally false. Would the state re-open a divorce case with such a frivolous accusation? There are no children involved, no assets were divided, and no alimony or payments of any type. She also makes more money than he does and always did during the course of their marriage. Just a simple non-contested divorce.
Any advice is welcome. Thank you!
