I'm not, nor have I ever been married to the mother of my 7month old son. She's bitter about the fact that my girlfriend and I are getting married soon and that I chose my g/f over her. To get back at me, she's going back to court to get our court order/agreement amended. What she purposely did was cut her hours at work so that she can get more child support. In addition to that, she plans to move to another city (not another state). My 2 questions are, 1: Can she quit her job or cut hours to force me to pay more support (will the judge increase the current payments) 2: Can she legally move to another city w/o my consent? I'm the non custodial parent. Thanks in advance for your input/responses.
