husband and i built house together seven years ago. i do not work - mortgage is in his name. we re-financed a year ago and while looking back over paperwork, found this statement:
(B) "Borrower" is
(husband's name)
And now to these presents intervenes (my name) (spouse) a person of the full age of majority, who declared unto me, Notary, that the above described property is the separate and paraphernal estate of her husband, (husband's name), which is under her separate administration and control and that she has no interest in said property.

Please tell me what this means. I do have rights to the house & property, right?
