My atty hasn't officially "quit" he just stopped returning any and all phone calls or emails. I have since found a new atty, and am in the process of getting him a retainer. I think my original atty was in over his head, but has too big a head to admit it. I can't believe they are allowed to be so cowardly, and just stop working on a case with no explanation or regard for their client. I'm going to report him to the BBB since I don't want other people to choose him and have this terrible, stressful experience. Post Extras
