Ohio Military Divorce

I am active duty Navy and recently sent to Ohio for the next four years for my tour of duty. My husband and I have been seperated since November 2006 and we would like to get on with the divorce. Do we still have to wait until residency req. have been filled or are we exempt due to a government move beyond our control. There are no issues between us that we do not agree on, we would like to just get it over with already. Can anyone offer any advice?
