Moving out of State

My husband got a job offer out of state. Currently we live in PA and would move to Colorado. My daughter is 12. Her father is suppose to have her every other weekend, but only takes when its convenient. My daughter wants to move with us and is looking forward to it. She doesn't want to live with her dad, and is getting to the point that she doesn't want to go with him. What are my rights and my daughters if we make this move?
