My church, my work, my friends and my family have become essential to me throughout my ordeal. Before my marriage troubles started 2 years ago I took all those things for granted. No more.

It has also helped me to know that many others have gone through this all consuming nightmare of divorce and been able to make a good, if not better, life for themselves afterwards.

This forum is helpful. I also reccomend a book called "Crazy Time" about the rollercoaster of peoples actions and feelings in divorce.
