I need help, my fiance is trying to get a divorce and we have tried for almost two years now. His wife was in jail and recenlty came out. He filed for divorce for the third time and we plan to get married soon. I want to know if I have the power of attorney can I go to court for him instead of him because we don't want him to be relocated again because of this divorce then they might move him someone where far after this. He has only two more years but we want to get this over with. Please help. If you have a rude comment then don't comment. Thanks.
