My son did not attend Spring semester at college. Since we did not think he would be continuing college, we both signed an agreement to stop child support...that is to be presented in front of a judge in court NEXT WEEK. My son decided on his own to register for full time courses in the fall. He is already registered. What do I do now. My ex told my son even if he goes back to school now, he will be stopping the child support. What do I do about the pending court date & document I have already signed?? Will I be able to withdraw it?? Since our standing support orders state "through college or age 23"....what can I do to keep it the same??
