X changing my accounts

MY daughters medical bills are in my name as it should be. That is the way it reads on the court orders (she is to rembers me) and my daughter lives with me. My x is setting up payment plans on my account not telling me and then trying to collect the credits caused because of all this. I mean I get a bill and pay it in full and she sets up a payment plan to pay it out. How can she do that? If she wants a payment plan then she should let me know. Why do I have to straighten out her mess?
