Divorce Support Forums: NOW he finds time to call every day.

He is now calling 3 times a day...his voicemail states that he is waiting for me to tell him what day my son gets out of school as he wants the 4 weeks that follow for visitation.
First of all it is not my responsibility to keep giving him that information, he got a calendar at the beginning of school year and has the ability to either call the school or check it on the internet.
Second, he is purposely stating he wants visitation in June although it was July that was mentioned as a possibility...son would forfeit his spot in summer day camp if he wasn't there for the first month meaning that he has no activity for the rest of the summer and I lose $ already paid. He is only picking June as a control thing as I had suggested July in the past.
Third, I am not sending my son without a court order.

I know I can't keep putting him off as he is calling at least 3x's per day, but I don't want to get into a long drawn out conversation with him. I know it's going to get ugly.
ughh...he's driving me nuts.
