Ok, the time has come to go to our mediation appointment, my ex is still standing firm about taking our 8 year old 2-3 nights during the week overnight, plus weekends. He is moving over 40 miles away from her school at the end of the month. Am I wrong to fight this? He takes her two Saturdays a month now?
