Medical Insurance-Important

My stbx has been paying the mortgage and my medical insurance since we separated in January.

We just got our renewal on the medical today and it jumped from $742.00 a month to $890.00!

We have not filed any papers yet. Can he quit paying my medical? I'm not too concerned about the mortgage because he is a good credit fanatic.

What if he does go and file? Could he then drop my medical?
