My ex recently got 2 overnights added to his standard visitation during the week even though I was against it since my ex lives half an hour away from us and I was ooncerned about how this would affect my son's school. My ex says he wants to be involved and do half of everything but he refuses to take my son to any of his soccer practices or games. He also refuses to let him do anything extra outside of school. So my son has missed half of his soccer season since his dad says he does not have the gas money to take him back and forth. My ex says if he was involved in things where he lives, then he would take him. I have offered to take my son if his father cannot, but my ex will not allow me to see or talk to the kids on his days. Will a judge do anything about this? It's so unfair to my kids that they cannot participate in things because their dad refuses to take them.
