Credit Card Bills after a divorce

Hello!

My Ex and I ended our Marriage this past January. In the divorce agreement, it was stated that we would split the remaining credit card bills until paid. I would make minimum monthly payments to her. Since then, I have been making my payments to her. I have recently discovered that she has left the accounts open and continues to max out the cards. This only forcing me to keep making the same payments without the payments going down due to payoff of the principle balance. Is there something I can do to force the cards to be closed or anything else that I'm not thinking of that might be able to be done?
