My STBX is dragging his feet on this whole divorce. I need to get all of HIS financial crap together. fI guess since I did everything when we were married I just need to suck it up and do it all through the divorce. He says that he intends to "drag this out as long as I can". Can I do anything to move this along or do I just need to be patient? Maybe give him enough rope so that he hangs himself? I filed in Nov. 07 and he rejected my sttlement proposal and hasn't sent one back yet. My current job situation and $ of gas is making it more difficult to be patient. I can't switch jobs until I know where I'll be staying.(He and I both want the house, I'm willing to give in on that now)
