Ok bear with me for a bit this may take a bit of an explanation.
My husband and I are divorcing, basicly for financial reasons (my credit is crap and his is improving I dont' want mine to hold him down as he starts his new business).
We have lived apart for 2 months but we arent' really "separated" (we see each other more than 1/2 the week, spend the night at each others homes, and even conceived a child during this time. If I took it before the court they would not consider us separated is the bottom line)
He filed on February 11th so the 90 day no fault wait period has elapsed. But, we are moving back in with each other before the end of the month. This is complicated by the fact that this move will be out of state (to Ohio) Accordign to what I have found there is an order issued upon final decree to leave the premesis and if I live with him then I am in violation of the order. Doesn't he have a say in the enforcability of this order so long as there isn't an order of protection in place?
I have not signed the papers as yet because we dont' want to have this slap us in the face down the road once we ARE living together.
Also, can a decree be entered if both parties live in another state?
Does anyone know anything about this kind of thing?
