Divorce Support Forums: situation at home with my daughter

my stbx is coaching my daughter saying things like "if daddy tries to give you another bath then you should kick and sceam" everytime we arev in the same room the tension is unbearable for my daughter and me and my stbx doesn't seem to care the only solution seems to be to move out so my daughter and me don't have to go thruogh this anymore my lawyer says this os ok has anyone ever been through something like this my stbx is accusing me of everything from being stupid to sexually abusing my kid which was never true ...i mean i'm still picking her up from daycare can anyone tell me a good way to ahndle this other than leaving it sounds crazy but it would be better for my daughter if me and my stbx were separate..my lawyer says i'm not abandoning my house or my daughter by doig so
