X is not paying child support again. Last year we were in court 4 times for back child support, which he came up with the money the day of court (Mommy Dearest Paid). He has no visition with the children. Going to court again for back child support. (he pays through family court and they rule him in) Last time they put him on 6 months probation. Couldn't be late or they would issue a bench warrant. He wasn't late until the 7th month...of course. I really would prefer to not have him pay and for him to sign over his rights. That isn't possible, is it? Again, he has no visition rights because of some criminal reasons.
