Unfortunately, you will fall under the 15 year rule. Your Tricare benefits will continue for 1 year post divorce. To qualify for the 20/20/20 rule, the marriage needs to overlap 20 years of military service in your case it is 18 years. I am sorry for what you are going through. I wish you well.
