fathers rights in Idaho

I am hoping someone can tell me where to get help. My son has a child with an ex girlfriend who won't let him see the child unsupervised due to the fact she told the judge he would kidnap the child. Today is Father's Day and as usual she will not let him see the child. He has paid child support faithfully since they broke up but his attorney seems to do nothing but collect a fee. Any ideas of where to turn?
