Ok well some bad news the inheritance is his. You will not get any of that, but you will get money legitimately. You will probably get some alimony probably not for life but for a good amount of time to get you on your feet, but you will have to be serious to get back on your feet because it will run out. You will get half of the marital assets and the way the court works he will probably receive most of the debt. According to the courts the debts will be cut in half even if you consider your debt your debt. Like I said tho the court will probably make him pay most of the debt even if it is yours.

Contact a lawyer. They will most likely take your case pro-bono.

Your first step is to contact a lawyer and keep your cool.
