divorce abandonment

My husband & I have been married for 4 months & now he wants a divorce. He has been living somewhere else for about 2 weeks & came home today to just get a "few things" I asked him to take all his clothes & he said he didn't have to. The house is in my name solely (leasing it). We have no children together! When or can I change the locks & make him get his stuff out? He is very verbally abusive when/if he does come by & I don't want him here. He says if I change the locks then he will break the door down. What should I do? What can I do?
