He wants a divorce but you should not wait for him to file. Go do it Monday. Also get the locks changed. Jada's suggestions to put his stuff out by the trash and threaten to have him arrested are a bit confrontational. Filing for divorce may also be perceived as confrontational but filing gives you important legal protections for yourself and for your house.
