Help.....need advise

I thought I was happily married for 10 years...when my wife shocked me with the news that we wants to seperate, then promply moved out and is staying with one of her friends. She moved out 5 weeks ago...and told me today that she hasn't changed her mind regarding the seperation. We went to 1 session of counciling, but her heart is not into getting this resolved. There were no affairs, no abuse. This was a total shock to me.

Any advise would be very very much appreciated. I don't have a support circle in the city I'm living and I'm having to go through this by myself. I'm sure you all know what I'm going through, I just wish I had friends here to give me good advise.
