My stbx and I are separated. I have my own apartment now. He showed up the other day and demanded that I let him in. I told him that if he didn't leave that I would call the police. He claimed that he had every right to be there since we are still married. I know that he doesn't. He says he wants to "check out" my place to make sure I'm not doing anything "bad". He says it's for the well being of my son. I don't even have custody of my son at my place yet. We are still in a "bird nesting" agreement. He has no reason to be there. Is this enough to get a PFA (protection from abuse)? We don't have restraining orders in PA.
